Anastasia Kitsantas is professor of Educational Psychology in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) at George Mason University (GMU). Her research interests focus on the role of self-regulation on learning and performance across diverse areas of functioning, including academics, athletics, and health. She is the editor, co-author or author of two books and over 100 scholarly publications, many of which are directed toward the training of self-regulation. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, Division 15 and has been a participant in many international student and scholarly groups..
