Stephanie is a second year PhD student studying Science Education Research at George Mason University. After twelve years of teaching high school physics, her research interests are in physics and physics teacher education. With the Center for Social Equity through Science Education, Stephanie is currently looking at how inclusive STEM schools build student responsibility for learning through the use of 21st century skills in their lesson plans.
